Classic Industries is proud of our engineering process
certifications, which include industry best practices for continuous
improvement. These certifications are not rewards, they are specialized tools
we continue to register our adherance with - in order to assure Classic
Industries´ systems and processes are effective for all our customers. These
include:
ISO9001-2000
All Classic Industries facilities achieved registration and certification to
ISO9001-2000 standards in October 2001. Classic operates under a Quality Engineering Team, which provides
continuous control over all Classic's activities. Records and documentation are originated and maintained so that that
product quality can be demonstrated through a documented history. Preventing the occurrence of deficiencies is the top priority, but
these standards are capable of responding immediately to any problem with
approved corrective action.
ISO13485:2003
This registration assures proper quality management systems for mediacl devices
industry and it applies to design, manufacturing, assembly, packaging and logisitics.
FDA Registered
In addition, Classic Industries is FDA registered with the US Food and Drug
Administration - Quality Regulation System for Medical Devices.
SixSigma
In addition to our quality assurance systems, Classic Industries has made a
commitment to achieve world class quality by adopting the Six Sigma
Methodology. Six Sigma tools and tactics provide a consistent process of
measurement and process development, employed in a systematic way, which can
insure continuous improvement. This means that every participant in the product
development process, at Classic Industries, utilizes the same set of consistent
benchmarks as a foundation to improve project performance.
