Clean Room Injection Molding & Manufacturing All of Classic Industries´ manufacturing facilities are Class 100,000 clean rooms. We have electric, high-speed, and vertical presses which are upgraded through our planned replacement program. In addition, we have partnered with Milacron to supply most of our molding machines and all incoming machines are electric presses. We have continuous process monitoring with automatic part diversion on each molding machine to bring the highest level of consistency possible. We currently have 70+ presses ranging from 22 to 400 clamp tonnage, but our capabilities and capacity continue to grow as our customer's needs dictate.
