Continuous Process Monitoring To achieve the ultimate in quality control, we have configured all our injection molding machines with a process monitoring system. During the D.O.E. (Design of Experiment) Phase the acceptable range for each parameter in the molding process is identified. Up to 32 parameters are monitored. If even one parameter strays outside of the control limits, the system will automatically divert the shot to a separate collection bin. It will not resume collecting parts until all parameters are within their acceptable ranges.
